The project will involve testing of cognitive, social/emotional and motor behaviours in transgenic mice. There may also be an opportunity to conduct histological analysis of brain tissue from transgenic mice.
You should have a BSc degree level qualification (or equivalent) in biology or psychology, experience in animal handling and behavioural testing with careful observation skills. We are looking for a good team player with good communication skills and the ability to manage their own workload. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Statistica or similar statistical software.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
